Europe’s debt crisis has led to calls for the issue of jointly issued and serviced “Eurobonds” in order to make up for the fact that the beleaguered euro is backed by a monetary union and not a true economic, fiscal union. Needless to say, not everyone is happy with the notion of joint fiscal responsibility…
